Dr. Lazarus is an experienced physician with specialties in Internal Medicine and Dermatology, in Pain Management, Substance Use Disorder, Primary Care, Concierge Medicine, Private Practice and Public
Health.

During the height of Covid-19, Dr. Lazarus was Chief Medical Officer for The State of California Emergency Covid-19 Response in Tulare County at Porterville, CA. location.

The Alternate Care Center for Covid-19 was set up from ground zero to receive patients coming off ventilation from an Intensive Acute treatment bed. The State of California Emergency Medical Services Authority created a Mash Command hospital setting in a 168-acre facility to decompress all Acute Beds in Tulare County for Covid-19. Dr. Lazarus went on to treating Fire fighters in California Wildland Fires working directly with CalFire Fire & Safety Division. Dr. Lazarus continues to be active and available for the State of California for any disaster, natural or
man-made. Dr. Lazarus also went on to assist The County of Los Angeles in Covid-19 Vaccine treatment and working with our Director Dr. Jerry Abraham in both Kedren North and South, dispensing over 450,000 vaccines to the communities of Los Angeles also followed with Mobile Vaccine and Health Units.

Today, Dr. Lazarus is in private practice in Beverly Hills and Inglewood, CA, specializing in Pain Management, Substance Use Disorder of Street Drugs, Alcohol Use Disorder, and other addictive diseases as well as Primary Care. Suboxone Treatment for Opioid Use, Vivitrol Treatment for Alcohol abuse.

Dr. Lazarus has been in private practice on the westside of Los Angeles and in Santa Monica since 1990. Dr. Lazarus trained at SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. received an MD, a Master of Science, and a Master of Art Degrees.
before attending UCLA in 1985.

Dr. Lazarus completed Residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA Wadsworth and UCI. And also did a two-year Clinical research fellowship in Dermatology at UCLA.

She published scientific papers in prestigious scientific Journals and recently has written a book on Substance Use Disorder now available on Amazon.

Dr. Lazarus combined medical practice with Philanthropic work and most importantly- Missionary work. In 1994 I took a group of local physicians and Nurses and Pastors to help in the Rwandan Genocide at the invitation of the United Nations under our Organization formally called Lighthouse Doctors and Nurses to The World International. In 2018 we changed the Organization Name to Doctors and Nurses to the World Foundation to continue our Global relief work.

With double training in Internal Medicine and Dermatology and bench research work, Dr Lazarus has broad knowledge in several areas of Medicine. As a Cellular Biologist and with in-depth study if the Electron Microscope of Cells Dr. Lazarus has been able to bring this expertise to the care of patient struggling with Pain and deep tissue inflammation and problems. Explaining to Patients how healing must happen at the cellular level to be sustained for disease and pain free life.

Dr. Lazarus has had first-hand personal experience in these areas of Medicine with her First Son through very bad experiences that cannot be fully explained here was fed illicit drugs that got him very ill and subjected him to suffering affecting his children and family.

Dr. Lazarus has global experience in human suffering. She spent three and half years in China, lived in Germany, UK and was part of leadership group for several Missionary trips to South America, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Gambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and a few countries more.
